Thinking you could become a MaxMarketeer?

To join the team you need to have a strong, proven record of marketing expertise, with a minimum of 10 years senior experience in a strategic role or similar to join as a strategist. Implementers need to have a minimum 10 years marketing experience in a management function. We prefer candidates who are CIM members and ideally are in the Continuing Professional Development programme of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

We screen candidates through a rigorous assessment, but once you have been accepted to the team, you are fully supported with materials, virtual MaxMarketing office, plus the national network of partner support.

If you are already a sole marketing consultant, you will feel the benefit of being part of a larger group and sharing ideas and resources collaboratively, but still remain in control of your work-life balance and building of your own client relationships.
