She has been with Flight Centre UK and NZ over the last 21 years, where she has been consistent global achiever as a $2 million seller, individually and as part of the management team. She is highly skilled in identifying each team member’s key drivers and enable them to focus on enhancing their sales performance. Collette specialises in one on one coaching where she is able to assist her clients to reach their full potential as well as building a cohesive team environment. Over the years, Collette has managed to build successful team environments and have turned the worst performing stores into profit stores. She coached teams to win the titles of the most improved store in both the UK and NZ on three occasions. Importantly she was awarded with the most improved retail store 1999 (London Flight centre) 2004 (NZ) 2015 (NZ) as well as Individual consistent global achiever $2 million dollar award from 1999-2019. Collette is extremely adaptable and likes to get the absolute best out of individuals from all walks of life.
