My journey to become a marketer started at MIT, where I studied my Bachelor of Business. I enrolled with the intention of becoming an accountant, however after discovering Marketing realised that this was my calling.
I have an innate curiosity about people, how they think and the reasons for their actions. This curiosity has resulted in a passion for understanding customers and a desire to put the customer at the heart of decisions. All while keeping commercial viability in mind – the benefit of my joint major in Marketing and Accounting. What’s important to me is that I work with my clients to develop your business in line with your goals. I will listen to what you want and need, put myself in your shoes and treat your business as my own. I believe in continuous improvement and will look at all aspects of your business to make sure all customer touch points are considered. Creating the best possible experience for your customer which in turn will result in better sales.
With 20+ years of marketing experience across all areas of marketing in many different industries and business structures such as co-operative, franchise, corporate or SME, I have gained the ability to understand a business, product or service quickly and easily.
