    This is a Programme : An end to end communications review and strategic planning programme. Includes a strategic workshop for goal development and segment targeting with an output strategic 90 day and 12month plan that covers:

    • Brand platform review and recommendations
    • Digital review and recommendations
    • Communications review and recommendations
    • Assistance with development of a compelling value proposition for key target segments
    • Recommended Channel selection - Recommended top line messaging.
    At the end of this programme, you will know how to:
    1. Identify appropriate target audiences for existing and future products and services

    3. How to create compelling messages that engage and have a plan to follow for initial 12mths

      A digitally-focused look at your marketing that will enable you to understand where you digital assets in your business are and how to leverage them to drive results. This programme will cover:

      • Review of your digital assets and interpret where they sit in terms of performance indicators
      • Developement of an action plan and set targets for engagement and response
      • Recommendation of changes to ensure brand alignment with story & positioning
      • Understanding SEO structure and how it affects wire-framing of your website
      • Understanding social media planning
      • Editorial content review and planning
      • Understanding of measurement tools (Google Analytics) to monitor results and setting metrics for targets.

      Course is one-to-one training over your specific needs and tailored to your current digital activity, consisting of workshops and homework with guided support to the end of the programme, with optional ongoing coaching. Programme typically takes 3-6 weeks, costs from $3250 - $6500 + GST

              Franchisors empower and trust their Franchisees with local area marketing, by giving them tools and a national brand to leverage. Unfortunately though for many franchises this can be a tricky task to implement both from lack of understanding about the intricacies of marketing planning and from a lack of time and resources to do this well. Fortunately help is at hand!                 This programme is created for selling your business services to other businesses. Find out how to engage key decision makers and take them on a journey to engaging with your business.  We will show you how to identify the right channels to reach your audience in this cluttered market, what to do to develop your offer and how to increase your leads and conversions with both an online and offline strategy that suits your business and budget.  Following an initial workshop we will help you to:

                  In this programme our online experts will help you to either solve a problem online, or structure your offer for selling/ presentation online.  Initially we will review with you via a workshop what your business goals and offers are, and then we will help to develop a roadmap for you to achieve your targets. From there, we will be able to assist with the implementation of one part of the plan to get you up and running quickly and get some runs on the board.

                  • Full audit of your existing website, or development of a wireframe to add a new section or landing page to an existing site.
                  • Path to purchase plan through your site and any off-line processes
                  • Review of your offer to your clients
                  • Your processes to get offers across the line
                  • Set up of a landing page for your offers and lead magnets

                    This truncated brand programme is aimed at getting your customer value proposition wrapped up with a visual identity to help you start trading quickly.  More than just logo development, we will help you with a communications plan to connect your brand story with your ideal customers and show you how to implement this with references to style, language and online reputation management. In this programme we will:

                      As we continue to battle through the COVID-19 crisis and ongoing challenges, many businesses have felt they need to reinvent part of their offer, or reposition their business to embrace a new of working or engaging with customers. For some businesses this involves a move to more digital process and engagement, for others it requires going after a new segment of customers with a re-vamped existing offer or something new.
