    This is a Programme : An end to end communications review and strategic planning programme. Includes a strategic workshop for goal development and segment targeting with an output strategic 90 day and 12month plan that covers:

    • Brand platform review and recommendations

    • Assistance with development of a compelling value proposition for key target segments
    • Recommended Channel selection - Recommended Top line messaging At the end of this programme, clients will understand:

      A digitally-focused look at your marketing that will enable you to understand where you digital assets in your business are and how to leverage them to drive results. This training programme will cover:

      • How to review your digital assets and interpret where they sit in terms of performance indicators
      • How to plan and set targets for engagement and response - How to understand brand alignment with online assets

        This programme includes: A series of workshops & 1:1 coaching sessions. A workshop to identify how you believe your product will fit into the market.

        • Showing you how to select your ideal target customers.
        • Learn how to identify & select the correct levers & touch-points that will engage your audience.
        • Understand how your features & benefits go to build your brand story.
        • Learn how to select the right media channels that will drive your business goals.
        • Finally we will work 1:1 with you to establish a tactical launch plan that will meet your goals
        • Meet with you at 30, 60 & 90 days to ensure you are implementing your strategy & coach you on effective marketing decisioning that will achieve your goals.

        This is a combination of a series of workshops and 1:1 coaching to help you bring your product to market. At the end of the project, you will know how to identify the right products to bring to market & to understand the process that will ensure an effective launch of those products to achieve desired business goals.                   Our advisors go through strict assessments to grade to our 1-5 levels of expertise. All coaches on this programme will be level 3-5, and must have minimum 10 years field experience plus relevant qualifications. To pivot your business and get back to performing. Our advisors will work with you one on one to review:

                  • How you are presenting your offer to your clients
                  • Your processes to get offers across the line

                      Communicating with customers and staff during a crisis can drastically impact upon your company’s brand reputation. For some businesses this is more critical than others, and crafting communications to ensure the future of the brand is strong will be the difference between a fast return to business health or a difficulty reclaiming your previous market position.
