I’m often described as a pathfinder and results driven problem solver. I have a curious and analytical mindset meaning I continually look for ways to identify and confront business challenges and from there, design and streamline solutions that alleviate friction and meet customer needs.

I achieve this by collaborating across an enterprise, searching out ways to understand structured and unstructured data that helps to elevate the customer experience and drive return. This background helps me work well with businesses that are looking toward: building structured marketing/business strategies; establishing marketing execution plans; develop better customer experiences; planning; transformation and change imperatives; interim organisational leadership; and/or workshop facilitation and mediation services.

I’m a big fan of relevancy. Too many organisations spend their time creating sun-set strategies that serve only to erode their value. This is where I can help. I unashamedly start with the customer to examine preferred experiences and touch points. I do this by tapping into both structured and unstructured available insight. And from there, I enjoy partnering with the business to understand the context within which it exists, re-examine the company’s objectives and then help set out a strategic path forward including tactics, action planning and control mechanisms that ensure desired outcomes are not just delivered but are maintained.

I understand that businesses can be complex beasts. I also understand that these same businesses are often built off the back of much sweat and tears. For this reason, it’s important one respects the journey a business has been on and the challenges it has had to face into. Indeed, an organisation’s success will owe much to it having to navigate and juggle everything from constrained resources, to legacy systems, policies and protocols. So whilst I might respectfully prod and poke as I work with a business to help it move forward, their journey is never lost on me.
