Greenfield Global started out life as Easyshop, and our relationship with entrepreneurial owner, Laurence Pope started back in 2012. Laurence was great with developing new initiatives and finding ways to bring them to market, and we were priviledged to work with him on many of these initiatives, including BrightFive, KiwiOwn, Rebound and the launch of his latest venture, WonderWater. From development of a go to market plan, through to setting up of comms protocols and PR activities we helped to guide Wonderwater to a fast start, from which it has gone from strength to strength.
After setting up WonderWater’s launch plan, digital plan and wireframe for the website, we assisted Laurence with finding the right talent to drive his marketing in-house. The team tapped into our Fractional CMO service with Maria Albert, who helped to recruit, onboard and set up for success the new digital team in the business. She also advised the executive team, and participated in weekly team catch ups in the early stages of the launch in order to guide the outcomes and ensure the company achieved its goals. It has been an enjoyable partnership with this business to see them reach their goals and speed past them.
